Community-first platform
Herth is a community for women entrepreneurs to showcase products, discover peers, and access tools. You agree to use the platform in good faith, to share accurate information, and to respect fellow builders.
Eligibility
Users must be 18+ and capable of entering into binding agreements. By creating an account, you confirm that all provided details are truthful and updated when circumstances change.
Acceptable use
No spam, harassment, hateful content, counterfeit goods, or illegal activities. We may moderate or remove listings at our discretion to protect the community.
Platform availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as we grow; advance notice will be provided for material updates whenever possible.
Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or refusal to comply with these terms.

Data we collect
Basic profile information, store details, product data, analytics on usage, and communications with Herth support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
How we use your data
To operate the platform, improve recommendations, communicate updates, and keep Herth safe. Aggregated insights may be shared in anonymized form.
Cookies & storage
We use essential cookies and local storage tokens to keep you signed in and provide localized experiences. You may clear them through your browser settings.
Third-party services
Payment processors, analytics tools, and infrastructure providers assist us in delivering the service. They are bound by confidentiality obligations and only receive necessary data.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@herth.community. We respond within 30 days unless law requires earlier action.

Platform subscriptions and billing
Herth offers Try Herth (₹0/month after the one-time ₹99 seller onboarding fee), Growth (₹299/month), and Scale (₹999/month) plans as shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly via our payment provider, renew automatically, and can be cancelled or downgraded effective the next billing cycle.
14-day cancellation
Consumers can request cancellation of an initial paid subscription within 14 days of purchase where required by law or payment-provider policy (this window does not apply to renewals). Send the request to support@herth.community with your order receipt; refunds are issued to the original payment method where eligible.
After the initial window
Beyond the initial cancellation window, refunds for Growth or Scale are only provided for duplicate charges, billing errors, or material service issues; unused time in a billing period is not prorated. You may switch back to Try Herth at any time to stop future renewals.
Marketplace orders between buyers and sellers
Herth is a discovery platform, not a payment intermediary for buyer–seller product transactions. Refunds or returns for those purchases follow each seller’s policy. Contact the seller first; escalate unresolved cases to support@herth.community with order details and evidence so we can help mediate.
These terms are evolving as the platform grows. We will notify registered users about major policy updates. Continuing to use Herth after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
